• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage customer follow-ups through calls and on-site meetings. • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. • Assist the sales team in lead conversion and documentation. • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM. • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with client interaction and occasional field visits. • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement. • Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Proficiency in Hindi/Kannada is a plus.
