Job Description

You will be responsible for the role of Senior Relationship Manager in Direct Channel sales within the BFSI sector. Your primary tasks will include engaging with customers through various channels such as walk-ins, leads, and referrals. It will be essential to pitch relevant financial products effectively and ensure timely conversion of leads. Your performance will be measured based on meeting or exceeding sales goals consistently. To be eligible for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in BFSI sales and hold a Graduate degree. Additionally, you should possess at least 1 year of experience specifically in BFSI Sales. The age criteria for this role is between 22 to 32 years. Preference will be given to candidates with insurance background and those with a BFSI background. It is also required that the candidate be a local resident.,
