Senior Recruiter + HR Operations

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic HR Recruiter and Counselor to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and offer personalized counseling to candidates/employees to support their professional growth, career choices, and workplace adjustment. This dual role demands strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Recruitment Duties:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and department heads.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
• Draft and publish job descriptions and advertisements.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth induction process.

Counseling Duties:

• Provide career counseling and guidance to job applicants and new recruits.
• Help candidates identify career goals and align them with available opportunities.
• Assist employees with workplace issues, stress, and career development plans.
• Offer counseling sessions for personal development, motivation, and confidence building.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate counseling records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
