As a Senior React Native Developer with 3+ years of experience, your role will involve leading the development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality mobile solutions. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. - Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to define app features and APIs. - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. - Optimize performance of mobile apps across both iOS and Android platforms. - Integrate third-party APIs and native modules as required. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues and perform root cause analysis. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development. - Mentor and support junior developers when needed. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following required skills and qualifications: - 3+ years of professional experience in mobile development using React Native. - Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API. - Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio). - Experience working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud messaging services. - Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and deployment. - Knowledge of iOS and Android app submission processes. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Additionally, the following qualifications would be preferred: - Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile development (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise). - Familiarity with mobile analytics, crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase, Sentry). - Experience with unit and integration testing (e.g., Jest, Detox) is a plus. - Background in native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus. - Contributions to open-source projects or React Native community is a bonus.
