Senior R2R Accountant (Intercompany)
1) Ensure that the intercompany contract to the billing process is efficiently transacted and bills are produced with appropriate supporting documents on timely basis
2) Ensure that intercompany transactions are properly reflected in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger modules.
3) Ensure intercompany receipts are booked on a timely basis
4) Ensure that intercompany netting process is properly administered via the corporate finance vehicle.
5) Setting up intercompany contract information within the ERP systems and making them available for billing
6) Add, activate and amending intercompany customer records
7) Manage any intercompany disbursements and payments that go through physical bank
8) Issuing credit notes
