Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Contract and Commercial Management: Oversee all commercial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including tendering, contract administration, and final account settlement.
Cost Control and Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are accurately tracked and controlled.
Measurement and Valuation: Conduct detailed measurements, prepare bills of quantities, and perform valuations for interim payments and variations.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate commercial risks and disputes.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project success
