Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Billing Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Billing Manager at WestBridge Turnkey DPE LLP, you will be responsible for overseeing Interior Turnkey Projects at the Vapi location. Your main focus will be on cost control, preparing and reviewing bill of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Your role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage cost control activities for Interior Turnkey Projects - Prepare and review bill of quantities (BOQ) - Implement effective cost management strategies - Develop and execute cost planning for projects - Generate accurate cost reports to track project expenses - Ensure projects run efficiently, stay within budget, and meet quality standards Qualification Required: - Experience in Cost Control and Cost Management - Proficiency in preparing and reviewing bill of quantities (BOQ) - Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting - Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field - Proven experience in interior turnkey projects is a plus,
