Senior Quantity Surveyor and Billing Engineer

Salary Up to 5.4 LPA

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years Experience in Quality Surveying and Billing Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of budgeting, costing, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in project management and construction standards compliance
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the Infrastructure & Construction sector is a plus

Role Description

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial interior projects

Review and validate contractor/vendor bills and ensure timely processing

Monitor project budgets, track variations, and manage cost control measures

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors for billing and documentation

Maintain accurate records of measurements, invoices, and payment schedules

Assist in tendering, rate analysis, and contract administration

Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
