The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of civil construction methodologies and standards, with hands-on experience in infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications. Develop and manage BOQs, rate analysis, and cost control procedures. Monitor project budgets and update forecasts based on actual site progress. Prepare and verify subcontractor and client bills as per contract terms. Conduct site measurements and cross-verify with approved drawings and work executed. Assist in tender preparation, vendor evaluation, and contract management. Ensure compliance with MORTH/IRC specifications in quantity and billing activities. Analyze variations and claims and prepare relevant documentation for approvals. Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and planning teams for project alignment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work executed and certified.
