Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications. Develop and manage BOQs, rate analysis, and cost control procedures. Proficient in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis. Strong knowledge of government schedule of rates (SoR), IRC, and MORTH specifications. Familiarity with billing software and tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills. Willing to be posted at any project site across Karnataka. Preferred: Prior experience in government-funded road projects (NHAI, PMGSY, SHDP, etc.). Exposure to FIDIC/CPWD contract conditions is an added advantage.
