Key Responsibilities: - Innovate process improvements to enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction - Research available tools and lead initiatives to identify and implement those enhancing testing capabilities and product quality cost-effectively - Interact with various teams to plan and execute testing for product delivery and enhancements - Develop and execute automated and performance testing for projects to enable delivery of high-quality software products and services on time and to specification - Report issues and results, identify root causes, and document accordingly - Maintain flexibility to meet changing business needs and priorities - Cooperate in enhancing methodologies for test planning and execution, defect tracking, and reporting - Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and best practices implementation Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of Quality Test Engineering experience - 3+ years of automation experience testing Salesforce.com applications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) - Strong knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Copado CI/CD pipelines - Experience with Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright for automated tests - Proficiency in test strategy, automation frameworks, version control, APIs, Salesforce data models, and SOQL - ISTQB, Copado Robotic Testing, or Salesforce certifications - Familiarity with CPQ testing, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Apex, and Agile/Scrum delivery models - Strong analytical skills, test-to-break mindset, and understanding of QA methodologies - Advanced written and verbal communication skills - Ability to develop and execute complex automated and performance testing - Strong research skills and innovative approach to process improvement Company Details: LexisNexis Legal & Professional provides legal, regulatory, and business information and analytics to help customers increase productivity, improve decision-making, achieve better outcomes, and advance the rule of law globally.
