Senior Quality Engineer

As an Automation Test Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for: - Designing, developing, and maintaining automation test suites for comprehensive test coverage and regression testing right from the inception. - Managing end-to-end test delivery, including Test Strategy, Planning, Estimation, Execution & Reporting for the project. - Improving product quality by focusing on code coverage, unit testing, continuous build and integration processes, and implementing automation strategies for enhanced testing efficiencies and accuracy. - Collaborating with experts and stakeholders to identify areas for continuous improvements through review and benchmarking processes. - Providing key metrics for all testing stages to ensure the development team follows the principles, guidelines, and best practices of the defined strategy. - Promoting consistency, best practices, and quality standards within the team by sharing cross-functional knowledge and fostering organizational excellence. Qualifications required for this role: - BE/B.Tech/MCA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in automation and manual testing, along with proficiency in white box testing using Java and JUnit. - Strong skills in Java, Javascript, JUnit, and test automation. - Experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, Protractor, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, Katalon, Puppeteer, etc. - Hands-on experience in testing web-based applications within an Agile environment. - Good understanding of tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, TestNG, Maven, ALM, JIRA. - Familiarity with API Testing, QA processes, and Testing life cycle. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to detect programming errors or inconsistencies.
