Key Responsibilities: Maintain and verify physical stock records with 100% daily accuracy. Oversee incoming material inspection and ensure complete documentation without missing entries. Monitor DFK packing and ensure alignment with undelivered order sheets and quality requirements. Update and verify the stock movement sheet daily to maintain inventory accuracy. Participate in customer meetings to address quality and delivery concerns, ensuring positive feedback. Coordinate with the accounts team for documentation and process support. Follow up with the purchase team to ensure timely procurement of materials as per production needs. Maintain proper filing and documentation of all QA-related records for audit readiness. Supervise DFK dispatch activities to ensure quality compliance and on-time delivery. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Inventory Accuracy: Ensure 100% match between physical and system stock records. Incoming Material Quality: Zero documentation errors and less than 1% rejection rate for approved materials. DFK Packing & Dispatch: Achieve 100% error-free packing and on-time dispatch for all customer orders. Customer Feedback: Maintain a positive customer feedback score on quality and delivery. Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO/TS standards and internal QA documentation with zero audit non-conformities. Cross-Functional Coordination: Effective communication and follow-up with purchase, accounts, and production teams for seamless operations. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement at least two improvement initiatives per quarter under Kaizen/5S. Required Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 5 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing setup (automotive, HVAC, or related industries preferred). Technical Skills: Knowledge of QA tools such as 5S, Kaizen, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and Process Audits. Familiarity with ISO/TS standards and documentation practices. Experience with inspection instruments and quality management systems. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP documentation. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
