▪ Verification of Job Set-ups, Process parameters, Product parameters of Machine and Ensure of recording 1st

piece approval reports and OCS Display on Machine.

▪ Responsibility Documentation (PPAP), Customer Audit, Certification Audit, IATF Audit, Mace Audit.

▪ Responsibility KPI Monitoring, Internal Audit, MRM, COPQ, Process Audit, Product Audit.

▪ Present the status of customer end PPM and internal PPM to management review meeting.

▪ Rejection analysis and countermeasures implementation (from customer end or line rejection.

▪ Responsibility Achieve plan SPC /MSA and take action

▪ Monthly Rejection PPM , Pareto, Customer ppm, Supplier Rating & Other Trend

▪ Use 7QC Tools for problem solving.

▪ Responsibility IFM Product during Initial Stage.

▪ To develop Quality Management System (in line with IATF 16949:2016 & MACE)

▪ To ensure testing and inspection activities for suppliers, in process and outgoing materials.

▪ To do nonconformity and corrective action on internal/ external rejection and customer complaints and its

implementation.

▪ To collect the data and review for rework and rejection of shop floor & Supplier’s parts. .

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
