Job Title: Senior Quality Controller – Product Development

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain quality control processes throughout production.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with the product development team to design, test, and improve new products.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation of quality checks, reports, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quality Control and Product Development.
• Knowledge of industry standards, quality assurance tools, and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production and development teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in quality standards.
