Job Description

As a Quality Control (QC) Engineer at Etasens Tech., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and user experience of our web-based tool built with React and deployed on AWS cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases for React-based web applications. - Performing functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and performance testing. - Validating application deployments on AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFront. - Ensuring CI/CD pipelines integrate automated testing for fast and reliable releases. - Collaborating with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to troubleshoot issues. - Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports. - Proactively suggesting improvements in testing strategy, tools, and processes. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with web-based applications. - Strong knowledge of React application workflows and common libraries. - Hands-on experience with AWS services relevant to web application deployment. - Proficiency in QA tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Jest. - Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Newman, REST Assured). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar). - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum). - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with performance/load testing (e.g., JMeter, k6). - Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). - Understanding of security testing practices for web applications. - Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic). Please note that this is a full-time position and the work location is in person.,
