Senior Quality Control Engineer

As India's leading Property Inspection Company, PropChk is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. You will be responsible for inspecting civil works in residential Mivan shuttering and conventional projects to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works. - Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports. - Verify materials and workmanship according to specifications. - Identify non-conformances and provide recommendations for corrective actions. - Coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues. - Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation. To excel in this role, you should have: - Expertise in Mivan shuttering and conventional construction. - Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and IS codes. - Experience in report preparation and NCR handling. - Excellent communication and training abilities. Qualifications: - B. Tech in Civil Engineering. - Minimum of 5-8 years of QA/QC experience. - Knowledge of ISO/QMS is preferred.
