Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join QAD. The job will include 70% manual and 30% automation work and gradually will be moved to more of automation in future.

What you will do:

Create Automated Test Suites:
Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts (unit, integration, regression, functional, UI, API) using automation frameworks with a primary focus on Selenium and Python.
Test Strategy & Planning:
Participate in the development of comprehensive test plans and strategies, ensuring adequate test coverage for new features and existing functionalities.
Defect Management:
Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects and inconsistencies, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
Performance & Reliability Testing:
Conduct basic performance, load, and stress testing, as well as reliability assessments, to ensure applications meet defined benchmarks.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers, to understand requirements, define test scenarios, and ensure a high-quality product release.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
