Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with a focus on ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
Identify, document, and track defects using a defect tracking tool.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities work as expected after changes.
Participate in requirements review and contribute to the overall quality of the project.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2-7 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
