What youll do: Design & run tests (manual + automated) Own quality across the product lifecycle Mentor junior QEs and share best practices Analyze bugs, workflows, and data to improve the user experience What you bring: 5-7 years in QA/Quality Engineering 3+ years of test automation experience 2+ years writing/maintaining tests using RSpec Strong SQL & workflow testing skills Bonus: Knowledge of lab instruments & communication protocols (e.g., RS-232, TCP/IP) Extra points for healthcare or lab system experience
