Description
As a Senior Quality Analyst at REA Cyber City, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the innovation and growth of the company. Reporting to a Delivery Lead and closely collaborating with a Technical Lead, a Senior Business Analyst, and a Product Manager, your responsibilities will involve supporting the HubSpot team based in Cyber City to deliver features and fixes in a collaborative team environment. Your work will be focused on the Financial Services team, which integrates REA Groups consumer audience, Mortgage Choice brand, and property data insights to revolutionize how Australians find and finance property. Your day-to-day tasks will include defining test strategies, coaching the team on a shift-left approach to testing, participating in team rituals, working with stakeholders to ensure testing meets requirements, overseeing quality practices, identifying risks, executing different types of tests, and supporting in deploying and monitoring live systems. Your expertise in CRM systems, software QA testing, test strategy development, automated testing, and collaboration within a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role. In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with strong problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and proficiency in agile testing practices. A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering is highly desirable. Bonus points will be awarded for experience in API, load, performance, security, and mobile testing, as well as skills in shift-left and quality coaching.
