Job Title: Senior QA Engineer Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Experience: 5-8 Years Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for ensuring software quality and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test strategies. Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution. Conduct regression testing and performance testing to maintain software quality. Implement continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior QA team members. Required Skills: Proficiency in automation testing tools: Selenium and Playwright (minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Playwright is mandatory). Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies. Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
