Senior QA Engineer

As a Senior QA Engineer at RWS Technology Services India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and user-friendly mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling direct client communication and testing deliverables. - Strategizing to ensure the quality of mobile and web applications. - Writing manual test cases for mobile and web applications. - Executing daily smoke tests during production deployment. - Performing regression suite testing on mobile and web applications. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in Manual QA. - Willingness to work in shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM to support the PT time zone. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
