We specialize in vehicle tracking, fleet management, delivery automation, and field force management solutions. With rapid growth and a strong customer base, we are expanding our sales team to drive deeper market penetration.

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead testing and quality processes for Bolt v2, the next major evolution of the Roadcast platform.

You'll be responsible for building QA best practices from the ground up — designing test strategies, automation frameworks, and quality playbooks that scale across teams.

You'll work closely with the Lead QA (Bolt v1) and the Mobile QA team to ensure consistency, high standards, and a unified approach to quality across web, backend, and mobile systems.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who combines deep technical QA skills with leadership instincts and a process-driven mindset.

Lead QA efforts for the Bolt v2 platform, ensuring all new modules meet performance and reliability standards

Design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web and API layers

Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability from day one

Establish QA best practices, playbooks, and documentation to improve testing consistency across pods

Conduct thorough manual and automated testing across functional, integration, regression, and performance areas

Manage test environments, bug tracking, and release readiness reviews

Work closely with backend and frontend engineers to debug and reproduce issues quickly

Implement automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Postman for API testing

Monitor QA metrics (bug density, coverage, regression stability) and report progress to leadership regularly

Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement

4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance for web or SaaS platforms (preferably in product or startup environments)

Strong expertise in manual and automation testing for web applications and APIs

Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, or similar tools

Good understanding of RESTful APIs, database testing (SQL), and CI/CD testing pipelines

Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar bug-tracking and test management tools

Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus

Strong collaboration skills — able to communicate clearly with engineers, PMs, and leadership

Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with a bias for quality and process excellence

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
