Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead QA efforts across web, VS Code extension, backend APIs, and AI tooling
Manage sprint-level test planning, test case writing, and execution
Own regression, smoke, and sanity testing across environments and releases
Define pre-release and post-release QA checklists in collaboration with Engineering
Maintain a fast, structured bug triaging process for hotfix and major releases
Build and manage test automation pipelines for web and extension environments
Integrate QA tooling with CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Track test coverage, defect density, and root cause metrics
Ensure QA processes align with SOC 2 controls for release and change management

Skills Required:

Extensive experience in Manual Testing of web applications, APIs, and tools
Proven track record in leading QA teams, including task allocation, mentoring, and performance tracking
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices
Experience with test case design, test planning, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
Hands-on experience with Selenium or other automation frameworks
Knowledge of REST API testing, using tools like Postman or REST Assured
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
Understanding of SOC 2 compliance and quality assurance standards
