Senior QA Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test strategies for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and validate RESTful services.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Track, report, and manage defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to uphold high-quality standards.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, review automation scripts and test cases, and promote QA best practices.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Selenium, Manual & Automation Testing
• Hands-on experience in Performance Testing
• Familiarity with API testing, CI/CD pipeline integrations, and test management tools
• Knowledge of Cypress, Postman, JMeter, or similar tools is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and drive ownership in QA activities
• Leadership and mentoring capability
