Senior QA Engineer (Automation)

As a member of the team, you will work alongside clients to design and deliver Test solutions that meet business requirements and enhance the effectiveness of the software quality assurance process. You will enjoy leading and supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and onboard Manual/Automation QA team members. - Deliver testing services on commercial projects and demonstrate extensive knowledge of agile practices. - Be a techie passionate about software quality, being hands-on and striving to exceed clients" software quality expectations. - Possess exceptional analysis skills to comprehensively analyze diverse business problems and propose solutions. - Demonstrate excellent understanding of Web, API, and Mobile Testing Processes and Tools. - Have hands-on exposure to Programming Languages such as Java, JS, TypeScript, Python, and C#. - Utilize bug reporting tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, and SoapUI. - Develop automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium Webdriver, Cypress, and Appium for automating enterprise software applications. - Use BDD frameworks for responsive web application or mobile application testing. - Be familiar with tools like Lambdatest and Browserstack for Mobile App testing. - Lead QA efforts by defining testing strategies, estimating test efforts, working on automation frameworks, coordinating with client teams, and being involved until project deployment. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, task management skills, and client-facing capability. - Work in Agile projects and provide advice to clients on implementing agile testing processes. - Have experience in API integration testing. - Remain hands-on with testing regardless of your experience level and be willing to share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
