Senior QA Engineer (Automation)

As a Test Solutions Designer at our company, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to create and implement testing solutions that align with their business needs. Your role will involve enhancing the efficiency of the software quality assurance process for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and support cross-functional projects and initiatives within a team environment. - Mentor and onboard Manual / Automation QA team members. - Deliver testing services on commercial projects with a strong understanding of agile practices. - Demonstrate a passion for software quality and a hands-on approach to exceeding client expectations. - Analyze diverse business problems and propose solutions effectively. - Possess expertise in Web, API, and Mobile Testing Processes and Tools. - Hands-on experience with Programming Languages like Java, JS, Python, or C#. - Proficient in bug reporting tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, and SoapUI. - Develop automation frameworks using tools like Selenium Webdriver, Cypress, or Appium for enterprise software applications. - Utilize BDD frameworks for responsive web and mobile application testing. - Familiarity with Mobile App testing tools like Lamdatest and Bowserstack. - Lead QA efforts by defining testing strategies, estimating test efforts, working on automation frameworks, and coordinating with client teams until project deployment. - Excellent communication, task management, and client-facing skills. - Experience in Agile projects and the ability to advise clients on agile testing processes. - Knowledge of API integration testing is an added advantage. - Strong commitment to remaining hands-on with testing and sharing knowledge with junior team members. **Qualifications Required:** - Total experience of 5+ years with a minimum of 3+ years in automation testing.
