Senior QA Automation Engineer

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our products through automated software testing processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Parasoft, and Sauce Labs. - Collaborating with development teams to align automated tests with business objectives. - Executing test scripts, analyzing results, and reporting software defects. - Continuously improving and optimizing automated test suites for effectiveness. - Mentoring and guiding junior team members in test automation practices. - Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in test automation. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer. - Expertise in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. - Proficiency in various test automation methodologies, tools, and frameworks. - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
