Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver sprint-level automation coverage for new features
  
• Own and scale backend & frontend automation frameworks
  
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)
  
• Review automation PRs and enforce quality standards
  
• Maintain regression suites with impact-based execution
  
• Track automation metrics, defect leakage, and sprint quality
  
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Release teams
  
• Present QA status and automation results to stakeholders
  

Required Experience

• Strong API and UI automation experience
  
• Experience working in Agile teams
  
• Hands-on coding and framework ownership mindset
  

Good to Have

• Cloud device farms (BrowserStack / HeadSpin)
  
• Performance monitoring tools
  
• Dashboarding & analytics experience
