Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

SDET

with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Java-based test automation. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in

API automation (Rest Assured)

UI automation (Selenium WebDriver)

, and

mobile automation (Appium with Java)

. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Katalon Studio will be an added advantage. This role requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
API automation frameworks
using
Java + Rest Assured
.
Build, enhance, and execute
UI automation scripts
using
Selenium WebDriver
.
Develop and execute
mobile automation
for Android/iOS platforms using
Appium + Java
.
Integrate automated tests into
CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
Collaborate closely with Development and Product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Perform
functional
,
regression
, and
integration testing
.
Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Must-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in
Java
with experience in building automation frameworks.
Hands-on experience with
API automation
using
Rest Assured
.
Solid experience in
UI automation
using
Selenium WebDriver
.
Mobile automation experience using
Appium + Java
.
Familiarity with
Katalon Studio
(good to have).
Experience with
TestNG/JUnit
,
Maven/Gradle
,
Git
, and version-control workflows.
Good understanding of
CI/CD practices
and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
