Senior Python/Django Developer

As a Python/Django Developer with 4+ years of experience, you will be joining Element8, a leading web design and digital solutions company based in Dubai with over 15 years of industry experience. Element8 partners with premium brands to deliver results-driven digital strategies powered by cutting-edge technology. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: - Developing backend web application code using Python and Django. - Working with various AI tools to support application features and automation. - Building user-facing frontend components in collaboration with marketing and design teams to deliver engaging user experiences. - Writing clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and React.js. - Building, deploying, and maintaining applications in a production environment. - Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary marketing and engineering teams. - Working with modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Go, and Kafka. - Taking ownership of codebases, ensuring high standards in documentation and code quality. - Managing projects efficiently, delivering work on time. - Adapting quickly, learning new tools and technologies, and thriving outside your comfort zone.
