Senior Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, andmaintainrobust and efficient backend systems usingPythonand frameworks such asDjango,Flask, orFastAPI.
• Build andoptimizeRESTful APIsfor seamless front-end integration and third-party service connectivity.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineers to define and implement scalable system architectures.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.
• Conductcode reviews, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers on technical challenges.
• Utilizeversion control systems(e.g.,Git) and integrate code intoCI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advocate for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors orMasters degree inComputer Science,Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience inPythondevelopment (Python 3.x preferred).
• StrongproficiencywithDjango,Flask, orFastAPI.
• Solid understanding ofobject-oriented programming (OOP)anddesign patterns.
• Experience working withrelational databases(e.g.,PostgreSQL,MySQL) andNoSQL(e.g.,MongoDB).
• Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS, GCP, Azure) andcontainerization(Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding ofasynchronous programming,multithreading, and concurrent systems.
• Experience withautomated testing frameworksandtest-driven development (TDD).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
