Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using

  Python (Django)

• Collaborate with Agile teams for continuous development and deployment.
• Scope, test, and train for enterprise-level projects.
• Implement

  QA testing processes

  and ensure code quality.
• Deploy and maintain applications on

  Kubernetes

  environments.
• Develop and deploy solutions optimized for

  low-bandwidth and challenging environments

  .
• Optimize

  database models (SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL)

  for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate effectively in distributed teams using

  Git

  (open-source experience preferred).
• Work with

  Docker, docker-compose, and Minikube

  for containerized deployments.
• Align technical goals with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

✅ 5+ years of total software development experience (5+years in Python/Django)
