Senior Python Developer (Django/Flask)

Job Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our innovative team. This position plays a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Python, contributing directly to our strategic business objectives. The Lead Python Developer will leverage their expertise in Python frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions. Software Requirements Required Proficiency: PythonAdvanced level, with experience in software development Django, Flask, or PyramidExpertise in at least one popular Python framework ORM (Object-Relational Mapping)Proficient knowledge Preferred Proficiency: Front-end technologies such as JavaScript and HTML5Familiarity Overall Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable Python applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements. Ensure high-quality code by implementing best practices and conducting thorough testing. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Python applications. Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and contribute to continuous enhancement efforts. Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
