In this role you will be accountable for the delivery of a full lifecycle of specific set of IT services within their Business Capability Framework (BCF) Portfolio, Platform or Transversal team. Creates and owns strategic long-term roadmap for the portfolio of applications within the BCF, Platform or Transversal team, based on industry best & up to date practices/technologies. Role is accountable to the Business Delivery Services Senior Director for the delivery of those services.
Responsibilities
Accountability for the delivery of BDS Services, engaging with Segments functional experts and Business partnership to understand the demand and deliver adequate solutions, including liaising with Infrastructure leads or managers for deploying adequate technology solutions that will serve the purpose of Applications in the Core Applications solutions and adherence to the agreed SLAs, KPIs and business metrics
Financial management (forecasting/optimising/delivering against budgets) for area(s) of responsibility
Accountable for the performance of the 3rd party partner within their BDS Portfolio
Fully accountable to deliver an Agile/DevSecOps Mindset across their BDS portfolio including transformational initiatives
Be the central accountable functional subject matter expert and design authority for their BDS Portfolio
Accountable for service reviews for their BDS Portfolio and for all service take ons for new applications to the Portfolio
Accountable for the security compliance, data privacy and audit compliance for their BDS portfolio
Ownership of application full lifecycle management and performance
Accountable for all ITIL, Development, and Architecture process compliance within their BDS Portfolio
Accountability for operational excellence within their BDS Portfolio
Ensuring adherence to SLA's and that all Portfolio risks are being adequately managed
Work with Segments to provide an operational interface to the business
Collaborate with projects according to DT signature processes
Coaching and development of talent within their team
Lead their associates in their roles in the delivery and maintenance of the BDS portfolio
In partnership with Segments engage with business units within their function(s). The scope would include Development, SLA's and customer service and processes
Responsible for building and maintaining Business Delivery Services hub capabilities with direct line manager responsibilities for associates based on their hub site
Participation in Governance meetings at a director/peer/manager level
Propose and investigate new areas of improvement or further opportunity
Manage delivery of new services, functionality or process improvement within BDS through formal Service Introduction processes
Support delivery milestones using defined standard processes that meet agreed quality standards
Manage support processes within global support framework
Deliver and report on SLA's and adhere to ITIL standards
Ensure capability succession plans exist for both associates and the 3rd party partner and that, for associates, it meets career development wishes and match the long-term capability requirements for BDS
Coordinate with the Product managers in each region on application Development & service delivery/support matters
Line management of their direct reports
Provide senior management escalation and communication of major issues
Global responsibility for Business Functional Capability as Service Manager, including Escalation for changes & approvals, global service reviews
Accountable for the Disaster Recovery Exercise for Services owned and related crisis management
Promote initiatives that improve global Service Performance, Availability and Housekeeping
Accountable for the creation, maintaince and updating of all relevant documentation
Coordinate global initiatives to improve process & ways of working

Minimum Qualifications
IT Background
Should have a proven track record of delivering results in at least two of the following three areas:
Line management
Application delivery (project or program level)
Application support processes
Fluent English
Proven leadership and influencing experience with key stakeholders
Role model agile behaviors & methods with customers and peers
Continuously learning and building skills independently and with external Networks
Language: Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Good communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Hands on and can do attitude
