Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects from start to finish. If you know how to turn blueprints into buildings and keep projects on time, on budget and top quality, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule and manage all stages of construction.
• Lead site teams, engineers and contractors to hit milestones.
• Monitor quality, safety and compliance at every stage.
• Solve site challenges quickly to keep work moving.
• Manage budgets, approve bills and control costs.
• Keep clients informed and happy with regular updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction project experience (3+ in a senior role).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on experience in site execution and contractor coordination.
• Knowledge of safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Proficient with MS Project, AutoCAD or similar tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
