Senior Project manager- MEP

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage project activities for MEP projects, including planning, execution, and coordination. - Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with standards and specifications. - Liaise with stakeholders and manage resources effectively. - Lead expediting efforts to ensure timely delivery of project materials and equipment. - Utilize your skills in logistics management to coordinate transportation and storage of project materials efficiently. - Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills throughout the project lifecycle. - Inspect project processes to confirm compliance with quality standards and specifications. Qualifications: - Proven expertise in Project Management for MEP projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. - Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery of project materials and equipment. - Experience in Inspection processes to confirm compliance with quality standards and specifications. - Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate the transportation and storage of project materials efficiently. - Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant engineering discipline is preferred. - Professional certifications in project management (like PMP or PRINCE2) are an added advantage.
