Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage full-cycle interior fit-out projects, including planning, budgeting, procurement, execution, and handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
Develop project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.
Prepare and track project budgets, monitor costs, and control project expenses.
Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, and ensure timely problem resolution.
Procure materials, negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors, and manage vendor performance.
Ensure documentation such as shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs are properly managed.
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related field.
Minimum 2 - 5 years of proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects (hospital).
Solid knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and legal regulations.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
