Senior Project Coordinator & Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Fingent, you will play a crucial role in understanding customers" problems and creating detailed business analysis documents. You will conceptualize solutions and effectively present them to customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding customers" problems and creating detailed business analysis documents. - Conceptualizing solutions and presenting them to customers. - Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. - Conceptualizing user scenarios and capturing them as workflows and wireframes. - Coordinating with design experts to create mockups for client presentations. - Monitoring project progress, reporting risks and issues in a timely manner. - Identifying changes to the agreed scope and communicating with customers and stakeholders. - Ensuring projects are completed within budget, scope, and schedule constraints. - Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and delivering results. Your skills should include: - Good understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies. - Mandatory software requirement analysis experience with strong written and verbal communication. - Interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
