Senior Project Associate

You will be responsible for project planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, governance & compliance, performance tracking & reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for omnichannel campaigns. - Overseeing the execution of campaigns across various channels such as digital, email, programmatic, search, social, and in-field. - Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. - Partnering with creative, content, analytics, and technology teams to align on deliverables. - Coordinating with external vendors and agencies for executional support. - Ensuring campaign workflows adhere to pharma regulatory standards. - Managing documentation, versioning, and approvals through systems like Veeva/Promomats. - Partnering with analytics teams to monitor campaign KPIs and operational metrics. - Acting as the central point of contact for internal teams and execution partners. - Escalating risks and challenges with actionable solutions. Qualifications required for this role: Experience: - 5 years in project management in the US pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing industry. - Proven track record in digital/omnichannel campaign execution and cross-functional coordination. - Familiarity with pharma compliance, regulatory workflows, and approval systems. Skills: - Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello. - Exceptional communication and organizational skills. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities. Education: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
