As a Senior Project Manager, you will bring a minimum of 9 years of experience to the table. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputable college is preferred. Proficiency in Auto-CAD software is essential, along with a background in luxury residential buildings and hospitality. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in team management are crucial for success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the entire project cycle, from client coordination and collaboration with in-house design teams to ensuring high-quality designs and coordinating services with various consultants. You will be responsible for preparing top-notch construction documents for PMCs or site contractors, maintaining the design integrity throughout the process. This role demands exceptional coordination skills, a deep understanding of the project lifecycle, and the ability to work closely with MEP and structure consultants, vendors, contractors, and project architects. Regular site visits will be necessary to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to building codes, and address any issues that may arise. Your expertise in structure coordination, MEP services, detailing drawings, and building codes will be instrumental in creating precise technical documents for construction projects. Additionally, you will lead project team meetings, facilitate communications, and maintain thorough documentation to mitigate delays and ensure project success.
