Senior Production & Packaging Manager

As a Senior Production & Packaging Manager at WinMagic Toys Ltd., located in Mumbai, your role will involve overseeing daily production and packaging operations to ensure efficient workflow and maintain high-quality standards. You will collaborate with Designers to evaluate concepts, materials, and feasibility for production, support in creating prototypes, and manage vendor relationships for manufacturing partnerships. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing costs, setting SOPs for the production cycle, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring innovative packaging solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Designers to assess concepts, materials, and feasibility - Support in creating prototypes of approved concepts - Develop and manage vendor relationships for manufacturing partnerships - Analyze costs and optimize for negotiations and cost reduction - Establish SOPs for the production cycle and oversee delivery to the warehouse - Implement quality control measures to meet local and international standards - Ensure best-in-class and innovative packaging solutions - Train and support subordinates or associates in their roles and responsibilities Qualifications: - Production management and workflow optimization skills - Experience in packaging processes and inventory management - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work on-site in Mumbai - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field - Experience in the toy or consumer goods industry is a must,
