1. Day to day work planning and execution
2. Daily, weekly and monthly target achievement
3. Ensure safety work practice and procedures are followed.
4. Ensure improvements are made in all stages of production / maintenance to achieve best planned strategy.
1.Must have worked in heavy fabrication industry (Stainless steel , carbon steel , sheet Metal Experience is mandatory)
2. Must have sound technical knowledge in different types of welding methods , ASME Codes , structures , welding, NDT.
3. Must have technical knowledge in fabrication stages and precision machining activities
4. Should have ability to plan and properly the utilize the available resources.
5. Should have worked with different grades of materials.
6. Knowledge of Pressure vessels, heat exchanger and other static equipment will be an advantage and preferred.
