Role & responsibilities Record Manufacturing Start Date, milestone wise progress, and Completion date for every project. Prepare detailed activity chart and define timelines of each activity. Checking of Excel BOM & Uploading in SAP. Generating and handling over Service PO and Subcontracting PO & Challan. Kickoff the job with the contractor/ and obtain required approvals. Monitor the progress of the job as per activity chart; update the same in reports. Check execution of critical check points, stage wise inspection and sign off with date. Conduct daily/ weekly reviews on progress of the work with all vendors/ sub contractors and update the reporting Manager. Coordinate with QC on a regular basis for Quality checks of the project. Prepare the equipment for Pre FAT / FAT and comply with all the deviations pointed by QC/Client. Prepare the equipment for dispatch and maintain associated record. Ensure compliance of Dispatch Checklist. Ensure safety at workplace. Ensure proper housekeeping at work place. Preferred candidate profile
