Senior Product UX Designer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Product Ownership Own and maintain the design system. Collaborate with product owners to develop roadmap driving UX and UI changes. Develop guidelines, reusable components, and tools that help create consistent and cohesive designs across ELBs products. Includes things such as: defining design principles, managing documentation, ensuring consistency, etc. which will allow for teams to work faster. Metrics/Data Use data-driven approaches to validate product decisions, get alignment on customer problems, and ensure product market fit. Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance and adoption. Collaborate with customers, sales,Q/A, and customer success teams to gather insights and prioritize features that drive customer satisfaction and retention. User testing Product survey Focus group testing Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage. Design Interaction Design- Develop engaging and responsive designs that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. Work collaboratively with developers to implement design solutions that prioritize both aesthetics and functionality. Wireframe and Prototype- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and development efforts. Visual Design- Craft visually stunning and on-brand interfaces that elevate the overall user experience. Produce high-fidelity mockups and design assets, ensuring consistency across all Accessibility Compliance Follow guidelines and regulations to make digital products, services, and content accessible to people with disabilities. Create inclusive experiences for all users, regardless of their abilities. Leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product managers, learning designers, to ensure that organizational goals and objectives are being met. Ability to create and lead presentations to stakeholder, management, and clients. Ensuring a clear and compelling representation of our design and product direction, as well as a shared understanding of the design concept. Skills & Competencies Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, equivalent experience, or accredited certifications Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe products, Sketch, or Figma. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with front-end development and its impact on design. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities. Organized ability to accurately estimate work Ability to successfully meet deadlines. Position Specific Skills Required Produce high-fidelity, game-inspired illustrations, UI animations, and effects that create an immediate wow factor. Own the end-to-end visual FX pipeline, from concept sketches through optimized assets, working closely with engineers, and product to integrate stunning effects that enhance usability and brand consistency. This position is for leading the UX for an existing Learning Gamification Platform, you must love games and making exciting interactivity.
