Senior Product Manager - Voice AI Platform

As a Product Manager at our client's fast-growing tech-enabled outsourcing platform, your role will be crucial in shaping the future of AI in customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Product Strategy & Vision: - Define and lead the roadmap for the Voice AI platform, aligning product initiatives with the company's vision. - Collaborate with leadership to translate abstract ideas into product strategy and modular platform offerings. - Stay updated on trends in LLMs, agentic workflows, voice AI, and platform ecosystems. - Product Development & Execution: - Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality products. - Transform user needs into APIs, SDKs, and platform components for external teams to leverage. - Lead the product lifecycle from problem discovery to post-launch iteration. - Go-to-Market & Ecosystem Building: - Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy including pricing, positioning, self-serve onboarding, and documentation. - Work closely with sales, marketing, and success teams to drive adoption among enterprises and SMEs. - Gather feedback from early adopters, developers, and internal users for rapid iteration. - Stakeholder Management: - Act as the product liaison across internal teams such as infrastructure, sales, and CX operations. - Promote platform thinking throughout the company to clarify areas for development and exposure. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a preference for AI, SaaS, or PaaS backgrounds. - Background in Engineering or Technical/Data disciplines, now focused on product management. - Familiarity with AI-native or workflow orchestration products and experience working on extensible platforms or developer products. - Ability to combine infrastructure thinking with product-led GTM strategies and cater to both enterprise and SME/long-tail developers. - Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical teams and executives. Preferred Experience: - Practical experience in building or launching PaaS or workflow automation tools. - Previous involvement with early-stage startups or founder roles, demonstrating a bias for action and clarity in chaotic situations. - Exposure to LLM tooling, voice AI, or agentic workflows would be advantageous.
