Senior Product Manager, VMDR

As a Principal Product Manager at Qualys, you will be an integral part of the VMDR team, focusing on driving the strategy and execution of the Qualys Vulnerability Management, Detection & Response (VMDR) flagship offering. Your role will involve managing the roadmap, collecting customer feedback, and introducing new product features for Qualys VMDR. You will collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, sales, and product marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for Qualys VMDR in alignment with company objectives, customer requirements, and industry trends. - Cultivate strong relationships with customers to obtain feedback and translate insights into product specifications. - Stay abreast of cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitor products to make well-informed strategic decisions. - Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize, iterate, and refine product strategies. - Identify and address tradeoffs and issues that could affect product delivery. - Establish, gather, and analyze metrics to steer product priorities and direction. - Support Product Leadership in defining product positioning and go-to-market strategies. - Collaborate with the Marketing team on product positioning and launches. - Aid the Sales team in product pitch and demos for key accounts. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in science, technology, or engineering; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. - Possess 5+ years of experience in product management or 8+ years in technical leadership, solution architect, or pre-sales engineering, with a focus on cybersecurity products. - Solid technical background with proficiency in cybersecurity concepts, vulnerabilities, and incident response. - Experience in Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, Attack Surface Management, and other cybersecurity domains. - Proficient in product management skills, time management, data analysis, and stakeholder management. - Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-informed decision-making. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both technical and non-technical. - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and coordinating across multiple time zones.,
