Job Purpose

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and track items involved in the Credit card P&L.
• Own and review products and customer journeys from compliance, risk, and governance perspectives.
• Sign off and review products to ensure alignment with internal policies.
• Perform UATs with a compliance lens.
• Ensure process adherence, testing, and timely product releases.
• Minimize scope creep and post sign-off changes (e.g., bugs requiring change requests).
• Build and maintain a repository of PPI, NETC, and RBI guidelines.
• Formulate policies and SOPs for Business Correspondents and customer onboarding.
• Review and update customer and partner agreements regularly.
• Update product T&Cs and other public-facing product documents.
• Coordinate with regulators (NPCI, IHMCL, NHAI) and ensure product enhancements comply with guidelines.
• Handle governance and regulatory requirements related to KYC, audits, and other mandates.
• Work on annual reviews of product notes and Board policies
• Act as a single point of contact from product team for internal and external audits.
• Interface with internal risk and compliance teams for product approvals.
• Monitor developments in PPI, NETC, and KYC domains.
• Prioritize compliant delivery of projects.
• Share regular feedback with NPCI and IHMCL and resolve open items.
• Create comprehensive documentation for new product launches.
• Conduct quarterly sales training sessions.
• Own and drive business growth through product design and delivery.
• Measure impact and ensure alignment with business goals.
