Senior Product Manager Terminal EXE Application

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the development, adoption, and growth of our Terminal EXE application in a leading broking firm. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in financial markets, trading platforms, and a technical aptitude to drive the success of terminal-based trading solutions.. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Terminal EXE application, from ideation to launch and iterative improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business, technology, and design teams, to define and prioritize the product roadmap. Drive the development of advanced charting tools, derivatives trading, Option Strategies, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and robust analytical capabilities. Oversee integration and utilization of APIs for efficient data exchange and third-party integrations. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to refine product strategies and ensure market relevance. Drive adoption of the Terminal EXE platform by strategizing marketing, training, and support initiatives to enhance user engagement. Track and enhance ROI from the EXE platform, ensuring it delivers measurable business value. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote the platform and drive performance through campaigns and targeted initiatives. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure product compliance in trading and brokerage operations. Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on features to enhance customer satisfaction and business impact. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Masters degree in Management/Finance is a plus). Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and trading concepts. Proficient in charting tools, technical analysis, and option strategies. Technical Skills: Familiarity with APIs and their integration in trading applications. Comfortable working with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Product Management Expertise: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the broking/trading domain. Strong experience in managing web / terminal-based trading platforms or similar applications. Proven track record of launching successful product features or platforms. Soft Skills: Smart, confident, and highly presentable. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing teams and other stakeholders to drive platform performance. Ability to deliver impactful presentations and webinars to customers and frontline teams, effectively showcasing product features and benefits. Strategic thinking with attention to detail and user-centric design principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
